Ski Erg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, Wall Balls

WHAT IS HYROX TRAINING

We call these classes “CrossFit (Hyrox Metcons)"

  • CrossFit: because they involve functional movements done at high intensity

  • Hyrox: because they involve primarily the components of a Hyrox Race (Ski Erg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, Wall Balls)

  • Metcon: short for metabolic conditioning (strength, cardio, and stamina)

We believe these are the best HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) classes in the city.
